As advertised, this unit is brand new, with top tier appliances, flatware, towels, linens, furnishings and beds. The unit lacks nothing for meal preparation and is perfectly situated for restaurants, a market, pub and access to hikes and riding trails. As retirees for 4 years we've stayed in many VRBO units in North America and Europe and this one ranks #1 for us. Great communication with owners and a seemless check-in and parking.
