"I would like to report an issue with the recent service. A deposit was deducted from my card without any prior notice via phone or email, and the final amount charged does not match the price I was quoted.
According to standard procedures, staff should always consult and inform the customer before making any deductions. Please look into this matter and improve your communication process."
