Entrance door has a key code entry for your convenience. Guests can also access a shared BBQ area, coin laundry, heated outdoor pool and hot tub is a 15 second walk. We provide pool towels and plastic cups for your refreshments.

We kindly ask that you use no glass in the pool area.

This townhouse is located at the Mystic Springs complex across from the Cornerstone Dinner Theater. There are many great restaurants and other services nearby. Banff National Park gate entrance is a 10 minute drive away.

We suggest renting a car to drive around the beautiful Canadian Rockies! You can also bike 45 mins to the town of Banff on the famous Banff Legacy Trail featuring breathtaking views, covered picnic areas, the Banff town site, and a variety of rest spots along the way.

Just a 10 minute walk to Canmore Community Center and Elevation Place, Canmores indoor playground featuring a great climbing gym, fitness gym, a large swimming pool and hot tub, and the Canmore Library.

25 mins to Norquay Ski Hill

Ski Bus to Sunshine and Lake Louise is available during winter season. The bus stop is in walking distance from the unit.

Canmore Roam Bus Transit goes right by our place! Check the schedule and route in their website.

Smoking is not permitted in the Mystic Springs complex except in 1 of 5 designated smoking areas on the property. Smoking is never permitted inside. Smoking in the unit will result in an additional cleaning fee.

Parking is available both behind the building in the parking lot and on the street in front of the building. During busy times such as weekends in the summer and holidays, please know parking can be limited. You may occasionally have to park down the street, a block or so away.

This building is a freestanding, private building located in a complex called Mystic Springs. The pool, hot tub, bbq area and laundry facility are shared among other guests of Mystic Springs.

Late check-out will result in a $50 pre hour charge. Our awesome cleaners run a tight ship and will bill us for standing around.

Very very very nice people(we need more people like them nowadays l, especially in the cities....) and a nice place. Caring and professional. Everything was easy. Def recommend this one!!

We had a nice stay overall and the home fit our family and guests really well. The kids loved the warm pool, and the hot tub wasn’t overly hot, which was great for them. For the price we paid, though, there were a few things we expected to be better. The two upstairs bedrooms DO NOT have A/C & were quite warm, even with the provided fans & the fans we brought. Thankfully it wasn’t hot outside the days we stayed. The mattresses & pillows were also uncomfortable. The kitchen could be better stocked, as there was only one pan to cook with. We also noticed the bottoms of our feet were black from walking on the floors, which made us question how well they had been mopped. Parking was difficult as there is only one designated spot, & street parking was very hard to find. We often had to park quite far away & walk back. Overall, we enjoyed our stay & the space worked well for our group, but for the price, we expected a bit more in terms of comfort, cleanliness & amenities.

We really enjoyed our stay. We rented two adjoining units and that helped keep us connected while providing everyone some privacy. There are several things worth noting: 1) The kitchen was well appointed as we prepared several group meals there. 2) The table in unit 246 was large enough for everyone to eat together. We spent a lot of time around it. 3) The table in 245 was great for late night card games. The noise did not keep the older and pregnant people in 246 awake. 2) The guide book contained excellent suggestions for activities in the area. 3) Parking was not a problem even though we did need to park one car on the street. 4) The mid-week clean was an unexpected and very much appreciated pleasant surprise. 5) Since the sun did not set until after 10pm, we appreciated the black out curtains throughout. It was a great vacation! Thank you.
